Cancellation Policy
At Calva Auto Detail, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we have set the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Multiple reschedules may require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot.
4. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of severe weather or emergencies, we may reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.

If we must cancel for any reason, you will be given the next available appointment time.
