Cancellation Policy

At Calva Auto Detail, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we have set the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Multiple reschedules may require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot.

4. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In the event of severe weather or emergencies, we may reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.

  • If we must cancel for any reason, you will be given the next available appointment time.
